Cookie Notice
Last updated: 8 October 2026
This notice explains how the JETOUR Suriname website at jetour.sr, operated by CHM Motors, uses cookies and similar browser technologies.
1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files that a website can store in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, can remember a setting without placing a traditional cookie. These technologies can support essential website functions, remember choices or—when enabled with your permission—help measure website use.
2. What this website currently uses
| Technology | Who provides it | Purpose | When it is used |
|---|---|---|---|
| CMS session cookie | CHM Motors / jetour.sr | Maintains a secure session for authorized staff using the password-protected content management system. | Only when an authorized user accesses the CMS; it normally expires when the browser session ends. |
| Google Maps cookies or browser storage | Displays the CHM Motors showroom map on the contact page. Google may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information and interaction with the map. | When the embedded map is loaded. Google determines the duration of its cookies and storage. |
3. Analytics and advertising cookies
Google Analytics and advertising cookies are not currently enabled on jetour.sr. If CHM Motors enables optional analytics in the future, the website will show a consent choice before the analytics service is loaded. Your choice may then be saved in your browser's local storage under the name jetour-consent.
CHM Motors does not currently use this website to place targeted advertising cookies.
4. Links to other services
The website contains links to Instagram, WhatsApp and Google Maps. These are links rather than tracking plugins. When you follow one of these links, the destination service may use its own cookies and collect information under its own privacy notice. CHM Motors does not control those third-party cookies.
5. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. You can also configure your browser to notify you before a cookie is stored. Blocking third-party cookies may prevent the Google Maps view from working correctly, but the showroom address and contact details will remain available on the website.
For instructions, consult the privacy or cookie settings in your browser. If an analytics consent panel is introduced on this website, you will also be able to change your optional-cookie choice through that panel.
6. Changes to this notice
CHM Motors may update this Cookie Notice when the website, its services or applicable requirements change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
